Refund policy

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").

To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery at [your contact email]. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. We will issue a full refund — including original standard shipping costs — within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method you used at checkout.

Conditions for return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Sale items and customized/personalized products are exempt from the right of withdrawal
